The room had spacious accommodations which were comfortable enough for a family. The nearby pool area offered a decent setting for relaxation.
The sauna was smaller than expected and consistently not operational when attempted to use-complete letdown. Multiple facilities were out of order, including the jacuzzi and the Turkish bath, which weren't communicated at check-in. The air conditioning was ineffective. Breakfast options lacked variety, with broken appliances, like the toaster, not getting the attention they needed.

Everything is wonderful here, had a delightful stay for three nights. The units were exceptionally comfortable with a nice balcony.

Beautiful hotel! Very good breakfasts, a great selection of everything. We were with child 2.8, there was an extra small bed in the room, in the dining room there are children's chairs, large and free parking, to the city center by car 2-3 minutes, so there are also large free parking near the old town. There was absolutely everything in the room including bathrobes, slippers and hats for the pool. The indoor pool is small but very nice, and even if you make a check out in the morning, you can at least spend the whole day in the pool, which surprised us nicely, because we promised the child to swim and arrived at the hotel late enough. In the evening the kitchen is open until 22, that is, orders are accepted until 21:45. The rooms are quiet, you can't hear the neighbors.

Cost place, ok breakfast, nice staff, pretty garden. Clean and nice although old.Good location if you have a car.
The outdoor swimming pool was closed, I would have appreciated to know that before our arrival. Only one chair on the balcony.... Useless to have a balcony without furniture.

It's a good hotel taking in account quality/price. Some details can be improved. But we spent there a good weekend! The location is also good.
The hall of the hotel could be more modern, corredors and parking.

Had a great time! The buffet breakfast offered plenty of delicious options, perfect for fueling the day. The pool area felt super spacious and relaxing too. Just a bit of a struggle with slow service during lunch, but overall, a good experience!

Indoor swimming pool. Room size ok and wonderful view + terrace.
The bed was not very comfortable. A bit soft and shaky. Massive air conditioning unit made a lot of noise between 9 pm and 1 am. A/C in room did not work, only hot air. Lot of people outside (teenagers) making noise for a few hours.

Good quality large hotel with excellent pool. We had a large room with balcony overlooking it. Tasty evening buffet. Good value for money overall. Useful to have a tourist bus leaving every hour to all the sights of Evora to save having to drive in and park.

The Giraldo suite was big enough for a family of 5. The indoor pool and sauna were great
You need to use the car to go to Evora city center

missingWrote a review on 17 Octterrible serviceextra charges
Absolutely loved the ambiance, but the service has gone downhill-waited forever for a drink, kinda unacceptable, right? And what's with the gym charging extra? I mean, who does that? Was expecting a warm welcome or maybe an upgrade but got nothing. I almost wrote a positive review, but just couldn't bring myself to do it.

Quiet location yet within a few minutes drive of downtown and main tourist attractions. Excellent facilities with wram indoor pool, sauna etc., plus outdoor pool. Large room with pool view, very comfortable bed and good en-suite bathroom.Very helpful staff, as always, and nice to be remembered from two previous stays at this hotel. Good neck and shoulder assage in the spa. Very good and plentiful breakfast,
Nothing at all. Just a super place to stay, and only wish we could have stayed longer on this trip.

Location: the hotel was close to a further day in the surrounding country and cathedral. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Nora do Escurinho. The room was new-fashioned and functional, and with a good view of the "old town".
